Unfinished (2014)

The 6-minute experimental film is a parallel narrative of reciting the poetry lines from Siufung's own poem “Unfinished”, as well as a black-and-white documentation of themself as a transgender person. Their film attempts to formulate transgender subjectivity through retelling their own gender struggle. By making the first experimental film on transgender issues in Asia, Siufung hopes to provoke other transgender individuals to create a language for their own stories.
